Question You Should Be Asking

Mount Shasta
There are some key questions that one should ask
before deciding to buy a restaurant:

Why is it for sale?

After 13 years at Mike & Tony’s owner Gino Fiorucci wants to move on to something new. Owner of a variety of different income properties, Gino wants to free up some time to work on the vast amount of projects he has and have some time for himself. Since he is not moving out of the area, and also the amount of time and energy he has put into making Mike & Tony’s what it is today, it is important for him to he find the right buyer that will continue to grow Mike & Tony’s for years to come.

Location, Location, Location

Located on a corner lot, Mike & Tony’s is in the middle of the heart of Mount Shasta. It also has a great view of the Mountain. It gets not only steady foot traffic, but since it’s been around since 1945 everyone knows where it’s located. During holidays it serves as a great spot to see the paradise go by.

What is in a name?

Mike & Tony’s is a household name for not just locals, but people from all over the United States and over seas. A popular tourist destination Mount Shasta sees people from all over the world. Located right off the I-5 it is a popular stopping point for people traveling long the main West Coast high way. A great restaurant that has been around for 70 plus years without closing that should say it all.

Can I make it my own?

While Mike & Tony’s does have some recipes and décor that people would be broken hearted to see changed there is area’s where one can make this restaurant their own. Drink specials and dinner specials are two areas where a new owner can put their own spin on the place. Expanding dinning hours to include lunch and brunch is another area that would benefit an owner both financially and creatively. There are multiple possibilities to take a profitable restaurant and put your own spin on it without suffering financially.

Can I afford to do it?

At the moment the restaurant is being run with minimal hours open and still making a profit.
